We understand that fieldwork has its seasons. That’s why our annual plan offers the flexibility to pause your subscription and payments for up to three full calendar months per year.
How the Pause Feature Works
To successfully pause your account and avoid a monthly charge, there must be absolutely no usage for the entire calendar month. If this condition is met, your account won’t be billed, and your annual plan will be extended by one month, ensuring you receive a full 12 months of service for every year of your subscription. Each pause counts as one of your three available pauses for the year.
Important: If any activity is detected on your account during the paused month, the pause is immediately voided. Using the service even a single time—whether to log in, run a process, or access data—will trigger the full, standard monthly charge. Once you have used your three available pauses for the year, you will not be able to pause the service again until your next annual term.
